What happen to the ginger?
I recently reordered the Albion Chelated Zinc only to find the ginger and piper longum and nigrum was taken out of the formula. Swanson should have changed the name of this product when the changed the formula.
We won't be buying it again.

Best Zinc Available
This particular form of zinc is my absolute favorite one due to it's small size, absorb-ability, and great price. I have repeatedly recommended it to others.

Good For Immune System !
Our nutritionist recommended Albion Chelated Zinc for our immune systems especially in winter. She says Swansons is a very good brand and she's very particular. We take 30 mg 3 times a week and has definitely helped our immune systems. We also take 2 mg Albion Chelated Copper 2 x per week because she says it's very important as zinc depletes copper. It took 3 or 4 weeks on the zinc 3x a week before it started helping. She says in order to work zinc must be taken on an EMPTY STOMACH or with just 1 or 2 crackers if it bothers your stomach. But the copper you take with food for proper absorption. Hope this helps.

Better? Albion or Picolinate
DO A SEARCH on this and you will find that Albion is. This would explain why Picolinate is a Poor Choice. Because it is!

Small size
In the merit of this supplement, the size is a small thing. As for the Japanese, a rough person doesn't like big supplements. This supplement can actually feel the effect at once of course. It is a very good supplement.

the whole family takes it
Albion chelated zinc is a part of our family's daily regime to boost our immune system and help keep us healthy. The size is easy to swallow too, which is always a plus.
