BCAA's
Everyone knows the benefit of BCAA's...But pharm grade for this price is excellent. I take them everyday after my workout.

Nice product.
A nice way to get some BCAA's into you're diet. Helps retain muscle and although this might not be exactly enough BCAA's you say, you have to take into account the better bio availability here.. so it might look like a small amount on paper but it could just be all your body needs and the price can't be beat.

I found this product works well to build muscle as long as your protein intake is kept up,I take 5 capsules after a workout with a can of tuna and 3 eggs mixed together.......its better than you may think.Very happy with it!

Good Stuff
I've been adding 2 caps/day to my afternoon smoothie for a couple months now & def. notice improved endurance for household tasks. Am pleased with the Ajipure product line purity.

strenght
this is not my first experience with bcaa, having be a avid body builder in my youth I was raking bcaa with protein and a strick diet regeme. I was introduced to swanson through a friend five or so years ago and have been very happy so it was a no brainer that I would by my body building suppliments from swason

After using this product for about two months with diet and exerercise I am noticing slightly stronger muscles.

Love it!
I have weak muscles on my whole upper body and even a small exercise put them into a non-obedient mood right away and next morning I turn into a stiff-wooden statue.
But as some "more developed" friends told me, I tried this and I can't beleve how simple solution it is. It works, I get up as myself in the morning, not as Pinocchio and I know it is not just the ease, but actually I get some use from the exercise.
