I like this I only take one of these a day, not 2 as the label recommends, because, for memory purposes I have read that at 350 mgs or so, oregano and rosemary extract helps recall, but at 750 mgs it actually made it worse. Whether this is true or not, I don't know, but I do know that this capsule seems very potent. I take it along with oregano oil in order to get both fat-soluble and water-soluble phytochemicals. I do think Swanson has got a very good product here. April 2, 2013
