St John's Wort
Have been taking St. John's Wort for years. I do see a difference in my mood when I am taking this. Swanson's had the best price I've found. I'll keep purchasing for sure!

Good Price
This is not the best, most effective St. Johns Wort I have used, but it does work and costs about 1/4 the price of my favorite, so I use this one.

not for me
I was very surprised how negatively I reacted to this supplement. I really wanted to take it long enough to know if it would improve my mood but within an hour of taking it I felt angry, irritable, in fact I had to stop after just 3 days. I'm glad I tried it, because now I know. I'm sure it's very helpful for some, but it didn't react well with me at all.

Wonderful standardized quality
I've used various St. John's wort over the years, with varying degrees of success. Much of the problem I've found has been with non-standardized extracts.
Since I switched to the Swanson's standardized extract, the effectiveness has been consistent and reliable. I don't even know if it really matters or not, but it also has a wonderfully consistent fresh herb smell.
And, the price is incredibly good. Thank you, Swanson!

I wish I had tried this YEARS ago~
I've tried just about everything over the years, and had pretty much given up on ever finding anything that would work for me. Why oh why didn't I try St. John's Wort years ago? For some reason I thought it wouldn't work... well, I'm thrilled to say, I was wrong! I expect to be taking this for the rest of my life. Swanson, I can't thank you enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Works just as well
Works just as well as the name brands although it is only a 250 mg extract, even with added whole St. John's Wort ariel parts. For what i needed it for, I just took on extra. At the price Swanson asks however, this is not a problem.

Don't get along with St. John
Excellent quality and potency, but I just don't do well on St John's Wort. Thought it might have been problem with another brand, but St John's Wort just makes me feel, for lack of a better term, weird. Kind of out of balance and anxious. However, L-Tyrosine and 5-HTP do work to improve my mood without side-effects.

Works like it says it does. Puts me in a feel good mood, I usually take just 1 in the morning (2 on those stressful days).

Really helped my emotional health
I have been taking St. John's Wort with L-Tyrosine for over two months now the combination has made a big difference in my life. I am more emotionally stable and able to deal with a stressful full-time job and parenting three sons. I really realize what a difference it's making if I forget a day or two. Definitely recommend.

Towards the top of our list
This product has helped more than one of us in our household. At first I wasn't sure of it's effectiveness - but a slight tweek of the dose helped remedy that. With today's stress levels and challenges, this product has been a marvelous natural solution, and will definately remain on our shelves.
