Simply great It gives surprisingly strong energy which last all day long. Its not so jittery as from caffeine or ginseng and if you are standing still you will probably not notice it so much. But when you start moving, like jogging, you will be really surpriced how much punch it gives you. The only pitty is, I can not find any information if powergrape contains resveratrol or not:( October 10, 2010

Athlete's Supplement This supplement has given me the extra push I needed to feel like an athlete again. It started working for me just three days after I took it. I went from doing 12 consecutive push-ups to 20 in just two weeks. I am looking forward to breaking my personal record of 40 in the near future.
