this review pertains to the following product used as a swanson combo:
Muira Puama
Maca
Fenugreek (testofen)
catuaba
D aspartic acid
Been on this for 3 weeks and this is what I noticed:
better energy (diminished afternoon crash)
better sleep even though I am sleeping slightly less hours
libido and performance and noticeably improved in all aspects
improved performance and endurance in the gym
slight acne - indicative of higher testosterone and estrogen (might need to add an AI later on)
cons : the fenugreek is somewhat expensive but the bundle as a whole is very nicely priced :-)
note : the DAA I used is called testforce and is chelated DAA
also note : this review is repeated across each of the bundle components

good stuff!
This Muira is stronger than the full spectrum, and boy does it help me finish in bed in full spectrum!! Highly aroused after taking it, its effects last a good while. I take it 2-3 hours before activity.

Works for us !
My husband and I have tried several herbs that claimed to boost our libidos, but the 5:1 Muira Puama,which we both take daily really does seem to make a difference for us. We ran out of it once and both felt we noticed a difference. We would definitely recommend it.

Let down
From a review on another post elsewhere I was expecting this to be a libido booster. It was ineffectual. Nothing was felt like catuaba bark where at least I got a little zing in energy.

No effect
This product had no effect whatsoever. I used it in conjunction with Catuaba and will not be buying either of them again

Don't bother
I tried this product for about six weeks. I accurately follow the directions. Nothing has happened, it's a no go.

Seems to be Effective
I don't think Muira Puama is on the same level of effectiveness as Yohimbe (it's not exactly an apples to apples comparison), I do believe it helps.
I've been using Muira Puama for nearly a month and I have felt a subtle increase increase in my libido as well as in the physical results of climax.

Works well
I use it in conjunction with Catuaba Bark - it has improved my stamina quite a bit. No side effects so far. The price is excellent.

I feel that Amazonian knowledge is the way to go. I feel energized, ready and happier. I couldn't recomend it more.
