Superior Herb Maca
I can honestly say that w/o it I don't sleep well, the mood swings hit & I am not a very nice person at times. I can't really determine if the weightloss part works, I've been exercising, but b4 I started exercising I couldn't really tell if that was helping, but I've started exercising, not eating after 8 pm & trying to get more walks in. So not honestly sure if the weightloss part works. But the stress/moodswings are minimal w/ it, w/o it U might not like me LOL!!

Disappointed
The first time I ordered Maca, I thought I did notice an improvement with desire. The next time I ordered the "passion" version and didn't feel a thing. So, I went back to this, and even after 2 bottles I still don't feel a thing. My husband has been trying it too and says that he hasn't noticed a change either.

Time-Honored Herb
I don't know how this time-honored herb works, but I can attest that the Maca has improved both my libido and my actual, shall we say, performance.

Great Product
Maca is an amazing product for both health and energy. I researched Maca before I ordered it from Swanson's and I was pleased with the results. However, the only disappointment was I wish I had gotten more Maca supplements than what I paid for. Other than that, I would highly recommend this product!
