Great Product
This Holy Basil helps me relax and sleep and I wouldn't be without it. I also love the many varieties of Holy Basil (Tulsi) Tea that Swanson sells.

Holy basil
I've noticed a better mind set and more relaxation after taking the holy basil. It doesn't leave me groggy or tired. It made me feel more like myself without a drugged feeling. Thank you.

I needed something to calm my nerves and to help modulate stress related effects on my mental and physical self. My doctor was my first recommendation to try Holy Basil, and so I did.

Remarkable quality for the price
Many of the herbs from India are questionable as to ingredients and quality. Also there is the issue of sourcing and safety. This is the best Tulsi (Holy Basil) that I have found. I am surprised that Swanson has such an inside track on quality and sourcing. And it is appreciated by so many of us.

As I seem to feel stress more as I age, I ordered Holy Basil as my first order here at Swanson. Within a week, I really noticed a good change on how I can take and handle stress. This has been so good for me! I'll not be without it.

a stress reliever.......

This product worked well for me. Took it for about 2 weeks. I can tell the difference when I'm using it. It has a calming affect. It's pretty good for taking it before bedtime, relaxes you. Good night sleep. Overall good. But, I don't like to take pills in capsules or tablets, I prefer soft gels but that's just a personal preference. This is worth a try.

Excellent Product at a great Price
As an herbalist and nutritionist I am always looking for products that perform but at reasonable prices. Holy Basil extract from Swanson performs just as well as the more expensive brands without the high price tag. I definitely recommend this product.

Instant result
I have shopped at Swanson for years and have used many products and I hope that they are helping but with this product I could feel a change quickly. I have a calm positive attitude and I have energy. Not only am I walking for exercise, I am jumping rope.

Good Purchase
I have a full time job and I'm a full time mom with 3 kids and a husband, so my hands are FULL, I have heard that Holy Basil was good for stress and it is, it keeps me calm and focus trough out my day.

Very calming!!!
I take holy basil 2x daily and can tell if I miss a dose or decide to skip a day. At first, I thought it really wasn't doing anything and decided to stop taking it. Well, after the 2nd day of not taking it, I just felt on edge and weird. I figured that I should probably go back on holy basil. I feel centered and better able to handle stress when I'm using this supplement.

I'll stick to my 5HTP
I would recommend a friend TRY one bottle of this product and see how it works for them. I bought it for stress and because I read scientific research that said that Holy Basil has a natural ingredient that helps protect the immune system on many fronts. I thought this would be good to try. I switched from 5HTP for stress to Holy Basil. I didn't really notice a benefit and felt in fact the opposite. My husband didn't feel any different either. While I felt this was a high quality and value product, for me it just didn't seem to make a difference. I'm going back to my 5HTP.

Outstanding Adaptogen
