Wonderful! I have taken this for 6 months and it is great. My hot flashes and mood swings basically disappeared after just a few days after taking. I order it in multiples so I will never be out of it!!! April 11, 2013

Not effective enough I tried this product to help with hot flashes. I stopped taking my Soy Iso. to try this one and OMG! hot flashes came back worse. I went back to the Soy Iso. from Swanson they worked much better for that. I did maintain calm moods thankfully using this product but didn't help me with the hot flashes. November 26, 2012
