Ok but not convinced. I've taken this for about a month now and though it may be a good item and priced good for other brands of this out there. I do not think I'll continue with it in the future. For C it may deliver but I have a very sensitive stomach and perhaps I'm just taking too many herbs etc. these days but this one I'll pass on in the future once I'm through the multiple bottles I purchased.
