This works for better digestion. I took it for a week to see the difference it makes.
Good thing is you don't have to continue taking it. I haven't taken it again after initially taking it.

Best Probiotic formulation I have tried
I always take a probiotic supplement and this is the best I have tried. I especially like the fact that I only have to remember to take one very small capsule once a day. Highly recommend.

Excellent and Affordable Probiotic
We find this product to be quite effective and useful. Due to me being sensitive to gluten and milk products and my wife diagnosed with celiac this probiotic has worked perfectly since taking it nearly 6 months ago. This is great for keeping the immune system strong and digestive system on track! Highly recommend this to anyone seeking improved overall gut health and an affordable price point too!

This product is good all around
I have tried other probiotics from Swansons and this seems the best for me. It doesn't produce the "gassiness" the way the other product did. While you have to pay more, the price is worth it in my opinion. Thanks!!

You can do better
I was taking Puritan 10 probiotic, but, since I was placing a large order with Swanson's I decided to try this probiotic. It's horrible. I could/can tell an immediate difference between this and Puritan 10 when I have my daily bowel movement. Puritan 10 always resulted in a firm stool [Dr. Oz says this is what it should be], but this one gives lose stools and this lets me know it doesn't work as well.
Probiotics are essential for a great immune system and other things. You want to take a good one and Puritan 10 is the best, and most reasonable I have found.

Works Great !
I saw these on Swanson and decided to give them a try, instead of the pricey drugstore brand. These work amazingly well, really seem to help my upper digestive system and are very reasonably priced, which is a bonus ! I have used them for six months with great results.

Excellent Product and Great Price
I've tried other more expensive probiotic brands and this one works just as well, if not better. I love that I only have to take it once a day, instead of 3 times. I would absolutely recommend this for digestive relief.

Worked for me!
I'd tried probiotics in the past but nothing ever seemed to work. However, I suspect I didn't take enough for long enough. This time, since these were 2 for 1, I got 4 bottles and decided to take 2 capsules, twice a day until they were gone.
It worked!
Dr. Davis, Wheat Belly, recommended taking very large doses of probiotics and it seems to be working for me after trying many many things.

I have taken probiotics for the last 6 years. I feel that they help maintain a healthier digestive system and I just feel better when I take them. I like Dr. Stephen Langer's Ultimate 15 Strain Probiotics because of their ability to maintain my digestive health. I don't worry.about regularity at all when I take them.
