Not bad, really! It's hard to find a zinc lozenge that doesn't taste a little off. These don't, although they still might not agree with everybody. These were the only lozenges our family could agree on. And the price is right. February 28, 2010

Good for the price These lozenges are good for the price. And being from Swanson's I trust their effectiveness. But sucking on all brands of zinc lozenges I've ever tried, including these, irritates my tongue, hence minus a star each for quality and satisfaction. Truthfully, though, these lozenges have no rougher a mouth feel than any others I've tried, and less than some. November 20, 2009
