Best value I've found for a b vitamin and the tough-to-find "timed release."

Worth the purchase!
I have bought the Viamin B-125's for nearly a year now. I take one in the morning and if I am feeling a little tired before I go to my second job, I will take another B-125 to keep me going. I have good energy with this vitamin. I have been giving it to my daughter now and she said her energy levels stay very well balanced all through her day. I would recommend this product for everyone!

Highly Recommend!
I've been taking this product for close to one year now and it's made a big difference in my energy level. The pill is a bit large but it goes down easy. The only thing I'm not too fond of is that the pills do have a strong odor. Aside from that I'm very satisfied.

b-125 complex
This product should be taken out of your catalog. It does not digest in your system. I even broke one in half and still the same result. I intend to return the unused portion of it (almost all of it). Because I found out quickly that it runs right through you. These vitamins are as hard and useless as river rock. Do not Buy!

probably good but not for me
I take B complex, but never tried this one.The potency is quite high and perhaps that is why I could not take them. They made me sick. Perhaps someone else with a greater tolerance than I could take them and find them of help.

Great Product
I have been taking this product for a number of years. Even though it is a little large it goes down easily. I can tell a difference in my energy level when I don't take it. I think this is the best B-complex out there. Time-release is an added plus.

I feel a big difference
The b12 is so helpful for my exhaustion. I know how I would normally feel and I know its working. It is wonderful to feel good again and have the energy to do things. I helps me get going in the morning. I take it as soon as I wake up and by the time I'm ready to go I really am ready!

Good complex
I have to take B vitamins in tablet form, and this is my only choice for Swanson brand. I love the balance and dosage and it seems to last me all day. The only drawback is the tablets are huge horse pills and they smell and taste bad. But I keep taking them because they are effective and affordable.

I LOVE SWANSON
I love Swanson's products, including Vitamin B-125 Complex, and I tell everyone. I've used these products for years and they must be working because I am 70 and everyone always guesses my age in the 50's. Swanson's is the real deal with unbelievably low prices and excellent service.

125 Complex
My doctor recommended this to me. I have been really happy with it. The timed release is perfect so you don't get the "surge" that the others have. While in the Middle East, every once in awhile, I would take one in the am, then one in the pm with lots of water (naturally) and never touch the high sugar, high sodium drinks that are common. It really helped keep the trace minerals up, while not spiking on sugar, and I stayed alert and not getting toasted on the road. Excellent product!
