As good as it gets
A generous amount of B-12 (1,000mcg.) and a bonus ingredient Folic Acid (400 mcg.). They taste great and dissolve best under the tongue when moved around. Sometimes I take two at a time or 1 in the a.m. and 1 after lunch and they do work great for stamina and energy.

ok, but dehydrating
I feel and energy boost, but this is slightly dehydrating. I don't know why, probably I have a sensitivity to something in the product

Tastes good
I have good luck with other forms of B vitamin complexes but not so much with this one, I can't tell the difference between taking it or missing it. I found it did not dissolve well under then tongue, even just sucking on it took some time. It was easier to chew it up and then let that dissolve. It did have a good tasting berry flavor.

I would give it 6 stars if I could!
I found these almost accidentally on the website; I wasn't looking for B-12 but accidentally clicked on a link and it took me a few seconds before the realization set in that this was a much better bargain, and a more-trusted brand, than what I was buying at the local ~mart(s).

Be aware
The taste is fine, but unless you break the tablets down a little they take a long time to dissolve.

Desolve.
This product does not desolves quickly or completely as other similar products. I would not recommend.

ineffective
these B 12's failed to dissolve when used as directed, and even if swallowing they were ineffective in my system, they failed the vinegar test also, actually taking nearly 3 hrs to dissolve in the 1/2 cup of vinegar.
I would NOT recommend these to any one.

Takes a long time to dissolve but works
If you need a boost of energy, put one of these under your tongue. In just a short time you'll get a pick-me-up. The energy doesn't last all day, maybe a few hours for me, but it does get the job done.
My only complaint is that it takes a few minutes to dissolve and I'm tempted to chew it to speed up the process.
Pleasant flavor.
I also bought the higher dose 5 mg methylcobalamin but found that the effect is the same as this dose so don't waste your money on the pricier one.

Swanson's B-12 is a very good product. Tastes great and dissolves easily under the tongue as it should. No after taste. Good product at a GREAT price!

Great Price!
For the price these B-12 Lozenges taste good and melt easily under your tongue. They have been an excellent source of energy when I've felt lethargic and haven't had to rely on sugary foods for energy.

My Daily Mood LIfter
Since menopause, this has been a great product to help the mood swings. It's easy to use, just let it melt under the tongue. Not bad tasting either.

Great Product
This B-12 works great. Under the tongue lozenge really gets it into your system quickly and is very effective. My wife and I started using this a few weeks ago and we feel very energized, more than we could have imagined. We have tried other oral B-12 but have found this lozenge is far more effective than the ones you simply swallow. We are very pleased with this product.

Tablets dissolve easily
I got these tablets a few days ago. I find they dissolve pretty quickly and the taste is good.
Since B12 is essential to the body I feel it is good prevention in an easy-to-use form.

what a deal
a friend had been buying b lozenges at 20.00 for 100. i found these and other than a small fibrous layer in the middle which i have to chew they seem to be of equal quality and effectiveness at less than 10% of the price. what a deal!

VALUE VALUE VALUE
I wasn't sure if I should buy lozenges or sublingual tablets but these work fine. They are good quality tablets which don't dissolve like a powdery pill...but I chew them a little then pop them under my tongue or in my cheek to dissolve. I find it is a great addition to my supplements and helps me feel better during my work day. Not a "miracle pill" but certainly a good supplement and I love the price. Can't beat it.
