Great Health Support! I've found fantastic health support for brain and joints with this. It works for me. Check online for all the studies and benefits. Best to take with Black Pepper or Peperine(constituent of Black Pepper) for better absorption, though I noticed results without it at first. Highly recommended for seniors. February 17, 2013
