Makes a difference...
After watching Dr. Oz, I ordered these right away. Great price! Followed the directions from Dr. Oz...2 tablets before bed...take 1 hour after eating. My stomach is flat. I am going through menapause...and it is making a difference. I will be taking these for life!

This helps alot
Triphala has helped me stay regular along with Swanson's Pro-Oxy-biotic. I take 1 Triphala in the morning and 2 at bedtime and it's working great. I like the fact that it's easy enough on your system that it can be taken daily. Thanks Swanson for another great product!

I take one in the morning and one at night along with cascara sagrada and a probiotic (at night). This combination has kept me regular forever!

Great product!
Triphala definitely helps my digestion system. The most important thing is that it takes time. Not a quick fix. Noticed improvement after about two weeks of daily usage.

Works without concern
Suddenly I am regular again and I do not have to worry about long term use. Start out with two caps AM and PM and gradually decrease to 1 cap twice a day and then 1 cap at night.

This product realy works
I have been using triphala for a lot of years and it really dose work and with no side effects. I am 78 years old and I would recommend it.

Why Use Gelatin?
I love the Triphalia product, but why use gelatin for the capsule? It is nasty to a vegetarian (been one for 40 years), which you can imagine many supplement users are. Use veggie caps please!

It works
I've been taking this for several months and I find that by taking just one capsule in the morning works just fine for me. So very gentle, never a problem. No reason to spend more $$$ on the other brands. This is first quality!

I'll Never Be Without It
Rarely is my diet sufficient by itself to keep me regular, so Swanson Triphala is somethiing I keep on hand. Always! It's effective, but gentle enough to take daily, without any hasty surprises. I plan to never be without it.

great detox
have used this twice and have had great results. triphala gives a very gentle thorough detox. the experience is basically a gentle cleansing of the body.

Excellent Product
My husband and I have both been using this product for a couple of years now. We are very satisfied with it. It works better than the more expensive brands that you can buy at the health food stores. Why pay more?

My favorite product
This is the BEST item I've gotten from Swanson--very effective and priced right. I have been using it for years and always keep some in reserve. I can't think of any reason not to buy it.
