Useless
Although Swanson is usually very good, I checked with consumerlabs.com for their rating on this product before I bought it. Glad I did. According to their independent lab analysis, this red yeast rice has NONE, ABSOLUTELY ZERO, of any of the components that make red yeast rice effective. Further, it had a high level of CITRININ, a toxin that should be removed from red yeast rice before it is sold. If you need something that works and won't hurt you don't get this product. Red yeast rice varies widely in quality, so if one product doesn't work for you, try another product. Consumerlabs.com has a good and very fair breakdown of quite a number of products. Swansonvitamins--please find another, better source of red yeast rice powder for these capsules. Yours was rock bottom on the list of all red yeast rice products. (And I usually give high marks to Swanson products).

No Complaints but...
I used this for a while with good results but elected to use Plant Sterols along with Policosanol instead because they seem to be more suitable (in my case) for my aim for to support my Cholesterol.
