Premium Supreme C Complex Taking vitamin C daily is important to me. Some formulas give me an upset stomach, but this one doesn't. Having the added ingredients to aid absorption makes sense, more like a whole food. The capsules are easy to swallow. January 19, 2011

Every day This vitamin C is the best I've ever used. I use it almost a year and I can tell I feel it better than other brands. It is wonderful that it contains that much bioflavonoids. Sometimes I open the capsule and put some of the content into the meals of my 6yr son - the taste is pretty neutral. Also, this size (100 caps) fits me better. August 2, 2009
