Effective Product
I've used very expensive Whole Food Based Vitamin C in the past and did NOT find it near as effective as this product that I've been taking for the past ~3 years. Due to the low cost, I do take mega doses of this product due to my size and age, thus increasing effectiveness. Even with my high dosages, this product is still significantly cheaper than a Whole Food Based version. I highly recommend this product as you will get more bang for the bucks with this version of Swanson Vitamin C.

THE COMPLETE PACKAGE
For me, the entire C-Complex is the best way to take Vitamin C. I am very favoribly impressed with the way that Swanson stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park with this Supreme and Superior Vitamin C product. AND Swanson's price for this complete, potent, outstanding Supreme C Complex is on par with, and even less than, many inferior (in my opinion) plain Vitamin C products loaded with only hype. I highly recommend that you try out this Supreme Vitamin C product as your daily Vitamin C. Personally, I think this is the Complete Package. . . . The best Vitamin C product around.

Superior Vitamin C
I had trouble finding a better Vitamin C Complex than this one. I particularly like the generous amount of bioflavanoids this complex contains (500 mg.). The capsules are big but not hard to get down.
