ARGININE GETS AN A+
L-Arginine is an Amino Acid vital to the Heart, Circulatory System, Immune System, and Improved Muscle Tissue, Size, and Strength. It's all good.
I have always noticed a positive effect when using at least 2 grams of L-Arginine. Ordinarily, I add a tsp of Swanson's Arginine AKG Powder to my Morning Health Cocktail. However, sometimes my schedule is such that I don't have time to make my cocktail, so I toss down 5 or 6 of these great, potent 900 mg. L-Arginine capsules. I am so glad that Swanson offers this 900 mg. potency.
Over the decades I have found that pure, crystalline free-form Amino Acids work best for me when consumed in larger amounts, as opposed to 1 or 2 of the common 500 mg. capsules. So in order to get around 5 grams for myself in one dose, I much prefer being able to take fewer of this more potent 900 mg. capsule. Efficient and Effective.

This stuff does what it is reported to do regarding artery relaxation in my opinion. This along with GABA will keep you calm and relaxed.

Haven't seen any work improvement yet
I have been taking this product off and on over the last year. I problably need to be more consistent to see if it helps me with my workouts. But I like the price of this supplement compared to other stores.

Effective at a lower price
I was buying 50 capsules at 500mg each for the same price. These seem to be more effective, a lot less expensive and I don't have to take as many capsules.

Pretty good product
I like this product. I like products that I notice the affect. For example, Vitamin C.... everyone is told that you should take this supplement because it is an anti-oxident, etc, etc... but you NEVER notice any of its effectiveness. The L-arginine product gives you that all day "pumped" feeling and you do notice it. I take 3-5 grams per day.

More for your money!
I purchased this product for my daughter who has been paying twice the price at a local retail store and had to take twice the amount to get the same dosage. Shopping at Swanson's is a win win situation!

This is a keeper.
This product works far superior to the other swanson L-Arginine ( AjiPure L-Arginine ) . It has really worked great for me . And my wife appreciates it. Please don't replace this product.

This stuff is amazing!
L-arginine is a great product! I can feel the effects after an hour or so. I did not feel any side effects. I did some research before taking this product and found out that in order to get better result you should take 5 grams a day, so I take 5 pills with no problem. I also take it with Maca and the effects are amazing. Great value and great product. Give it a try.

arginine for overall health
I feel this product supports my cardiac system, which, at 74, in spite of heredity, and other conditions, is still doing well. As with many of Swanson's house products, I appreciate the value/pricing, giving me the opportunity to use many supplements that would otherwise be out of my reach.

Best I've found
The most effective form i've found. I've tried other forms, such as argennine-AKG and found them useless.
A 5g dose of this product shows effect within 30 min, where a dose of the AKG form equivalent to wice that shows no effect what-so-ever.
I wish it was in a larger capsule, but that's a small irritation.
I have reordered it repeatedly.

So much potential...
I purchased this item because I heard so much about it. Unfortunately, it made me very drowsy. At 1st I thought I was imagining this but after 3 weeks, I looked up this possibility on line & it is a common side effect.
