Stevia Extract Powder
I was expecting a much more concentrated form of stevia. This is about twice as concentrated as sugar as far as sweetness is concerned. I didn't read the label very well.

Full of fillers
I've been buying this product for years and it seems that every batch they produce has become more adulterated than the previous in terms of fillers being used to fluff up the product. This used to be my favorite product and now I'm shopping around for alternatives.

Excellent and Economical
This stevia is excellent and much cheaper than stevia you find in the grocery or health food store.

Delicious in our morning oat bran
we cook oat bran, coconut or almond milk, stevia, turmeric, ginger, ceylon cinnamon with a sprinkle of garahm masala spice. Top with walnuts, goji berries, and sun dried white mulberries, DAILY. Sometimes we use the Swanson carob powder for a chocolate taste day, then only top with walnuts and goji.

I like this stevia. I use it mainly for coffee. You just need to figure out how much to use or it'll be too sweet or not sweet enough. A little goes a long way.

I like the Stevia because I only need to use a pinch at a time to make my food or liguids sweet tasting.

My children and I use this product for everything! We use it in our smoothies, teas, etc. So great to have a healthy substitute sweetener. Best price I have found anywhere.

Better than previous brand
This product does what one would expect, using only pure stevia (no maltedextrin etc). I switched to Swanson's brand when NuNaturals diluted their product, and have no intention now of switching back.
I wish they would pack it in a larger container though. Other brands have 12 oz. containers ,which I find more convenient.

This is the perfect product to sweeten individual servings of cereal, etc. I can use more for larger volumes if needed and don't need to open lots of little packages!

This stevia product is ground to a fine powder and very concentrated so you don't have to use much.

Swanson Stevia Powder
While I really value Swanson as a company I was very dissatisfied with this. It just didn't compare to or hold up to other stevai powders I have used. I don't feel it mixed well in beverages and had to use too much of it.

Pure Stevia, no blend with other sweeteners here. Great product for non-blend stevia. Nothing else added. Good value for pure stevia.
Great in warm drinks. In cold, add a very little very warm liquid (water) before adding to anything cold. It dissolves just fine. Have been using it for years. My favorite of the stevia products out there. 4 stars for effectiveness due to cold blending issue noted above.

weaker and has a bitter taste
I bought this quite a few times, and I have been noticing they're diluting it down. This time for the first time my husband and I both noticed it has a bitter after taste we didn't notice before.

Stevia root consistently rates as the best, low or no calorie sweetener to use as far as health goes. I agree. The individual packets are a waste and can get expensive. The bulk powder costs less per use and works just fine. I add it to my morning smoothie and can't tell the difference.

Stevia powder is perfect for my husband who uses only a half a teaspoon in his coffee. I like the packets because I want more. The powder can be measured according to your taste and dissolves quickly in hot liquids. It's sweet and tasty and convenient to use.

We have been using this product for many years and are completely happy with it. Word of advise, get the liquid form if you are using this for a cold drink. Does not mix well with the cold fluid.

How sweet it is
About 300 times sweeter than sugar so a little too much & it can taste bitter. I put only about a half teaspoon in water and put it in cruet designed for pouring oil. Easy then to adjust for taste and to control how much goes into your coffee etc. If you use for baking you still need some regular sugar with it. By getting 4 ounce powder it goes a loooong way.

When I first tried a local store brand of stevia, it was because my sister told me about it. After I tried it, I gladly gave it to her. I did not like it at all. Didn't even want to make it "an aquired taste" However, some time later my daughter reintroduced me another brand of stevia and I came to like it. I then tried the Swanson brand and I was hooked. Even my daughter, who prefers Xyiltol to stevia thought that the Swanson brand had a better taste than the brand she introduced me to.

Sure blesses my sweet tooth!
Love this product!!! Sweetens so well and is NOT ARTIFICIAL!!! I use this powder stevia mostly for sweetening hot beverages, but my mom has baked with it too and it really does well. :O)

A healthy alternative to splenda and aspartame.
This is very concentrated. Just a very small amount will go a long way, so don't overdo it. While I like this product, I have noticed that it dries out my eyes. I don't know that this will be the case for everyone since we all have different biochemistry, but it may be something you want to consider if you have a problem with dry eye.

Sweet But Insoluble
I like this product because unlike many stevia products on the market, it is concentrated so a little goes a long way. It is, however, a fine flour-like powder that tends to clump and is hard to dissolve.

Not the best I've used. It leaves a bitter after-taste. It doesn't pour or even spoon very well--clumpy.

Stevia Powder haiku
Sweet, but not sugar
Natural, not artificial
Try it, you'll like it

Really have to be careful to get just enough. Too little isn't sweet enough and too much is way too bitter. And it's hard too tell what's just enough. Everyone's taste is different. Just isn't easy to use.

Not as good as expected
Found this product to be very sticky and difficult to measure. Also, not as sweet as Now Better stevia powder. Had to use two to three times more for the same sweetness as Now.
