Excellent source of St John's Wort
I only buy after comparing price, shipping, strength, and count information between products. it is amazing how often Swanson's is the best value and how good the quality of their products are. I must admit, this was the first order for St. John's Wort, and I find it to do as claimed. VEry happy with this purchase.

Very Helpful
I started having mood swings with perimenipause. I started taking St Johns wort and it helped alot. These are great as they are a good dosage and don't upset my stomach.

Effective and Economical
I have used Swanson's St. John's Wort for several years and find this supplement meets my needs very well. I prefer Swanson's brand to others I tried previously.

St. John's Wort
This along with 200 mg. of SAMe a day has me in a better mood and calmer. I take 2 to 3 caps of St. John's Wort a day and it really helps. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone who needs a little help with mood and stress. The combo is helping me sleep better also.

little therapeutic effect
I have used this particular product before,with similar results. For me it has little efficacy and is unreliable. Best to pay a little more for a standardized product,instead of relying on a possible placebo effect.
If standardized product is 0.3% Hypericin it make one wonder what percent this product and others like it are.

Not terrible
Was looking for a natural remedy. I however did not read enough about this supplement and after I ordered it I discovered I did not research it enough and had to stop taking it. Over all pleased with it while I took it. Helped my mood alot.

Not what I expected
I read in a book about taking this with 5 htp. I took them together one morning before breakfast. I felt weird several hours. I also snapped at my son, which was out of the norm. I have taken since then in the evening. But what i was reading in my book it said to take the standardized version. I didn't realize i didn't buy the standardized, so I'm going to give it a try. I'm still taking the 5 htp with no feeling like i had, feeling weird. so that's why I think it was this. I will finish the bottle but will only take it before I go to sleep. I am hoping for better results with the standardized.

ST John s wort
I took this years ago and forgot about it until Swanson run a sale on it and got more of it. It seems to help my mood an I will be taking it regularly now.

Helped with Mood
I'm not a moody person but I noticed that my mood was more edgy at certain times. So, I started taking St. John’s Wort it has evened out my mood. I think I'm more perky and pleasant!

Stress Relief
