Fantastic supplement, very gentle This really gets (and keeps) things moving. It's also very gentle, which I appreciate. Take the senna before bed, wake up and you're good to go. Works in a Combination I've been using this in a combination with Activated Charcoal (Senna in the morning, A.C at night) for a cleansing detox. They work great! Make sure not to take them at the same time or it'll kill your stomach. Definitely recommend! December 18, 2009
