Swansons Premium selenium
Haven't started taking these yet, still finishing up some other brand. These selenium sound good, and for a great price, too! Most all of us are lacking in minerals, and selenium is one of them.

Great Selenium
A whopping 300 capsules at a great price! I prefer this form of Selenium because it is yeast free (Selenomethionine). I also prefer the 100 mcg. potency so I can obtain my 200 mcg. daily dose in 2 divided doses. Small convenient capsules are easy to swallow.

Swanson Selenium
This amazing little mineral does so much! It's a mineral, it's an antioxidant, and they are finding out now that it does so much more than they first thought. If you don't take selenium, then you need to start. It does so much and cost so little. And, like always, Swanson has the best price anywhere!

Small, Easy to Swallow Capsules
I can't attest to the effectiveness, but I like the small, easy to swallow capsules, as well as the 100 mcg per capsule size.

Great Purchase
For price and convenience, I would rank this product among the best. With one capsule daily, it would take 300 days for one individual to finish the bottle, 150 days for two people, etc. The two of us take one capsule daily, which is very convenient for us. We've taken this product for over five years now; and, we're totally satisfied.

I started taking Selenium to enhance my liver function. I always had taken tablets so I was a little concerned when I received a capsule with powder--but so far it seems to be working just fine. I do wish that Swanson did not have so many products in the same identical form. If it should become necessary to remove a particular product from my med minder it would be impossible because there are now 3 white identical appearing capsules in each day of the week!!

Skin protection
The sun is good for Vit. D synthesis, but not for the health of the skin! I read that researchers found that people with low levels of Selenium had more skin problems than those who had normal levels. Sounds like a simple way to protect the largest organ of the body!
