most effective selenium ever bought I have tried several forms of selenium and this by far is the most effective. I usually look for 2 most important criteria in a health supplement, that is effectiveness & value and this by far is doing its job for me and saves me money. Since this comes in capsule form it is easily absorb. I feel rejuvenated every morning when I take this before I go to bed. July 22, 2009
