Great Product
Easy to swallow. You only need to take it once a day. Price is good. Seems to give me a bit more energy.

worked for me!
I've read below that others said they didn't think these did anything... i'm not sure if they were expecting a rush like they would get from caffiene pills or an energy drink, or what...? but if that's what you expect, that's not what you will get. I do think I've noticed that these work best cumulatively, instead of just taking 1 expecting to zoom around all day, take the dose recommended on the bottle for that day, and you will be pleasantly surprised. My co-workers often ask if they can have some of these, because I always keep a stash at my desk at work. Apparently it's working for them, too.

Sounds Good, DIdn't Work Good
I bought these on BOGO Free Sale, thinking they might naturally give me a boost during the day but to no avail. I have had them in my diet and exercise routine for awhile and have noticed no difference. I went without them for awhile and felt the same way. No Help. Sorry. Swanson does have good products though. Still order all my other vitamins through them.

I tried this product, and did not notice any difference in how much energy I have, or how I feel. It did nothing for me either positively or negatively.

ROYAL find by Grand Pappys Boy!
I've been healthy and "Busy as a Bee" for all of my walking life. I know how much energy that I've had in the past , and I don't want that level to "BEE" diminished. "NO JOKE" . It has not.
