Excellent for Energy

I started taking this for an energy source. Royal Jelly also contains Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B-5) so I stopped supplementing the Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B-5).

Wonderful skin care product
I have been using this product for many years and have seen such an improvement in the smoothness of my skin. Keeps the wrinkles away. The value is excellent compared to other companies and much less expensive than the makeup company that sells it as well.

Great Product
Currently I'm on my 3rd bottle of royal jelly. My mom also takes it and said that she noticed an increase in energy. After doing research on all the health benefits of royal jelly, I wanted to find a good quality product to take, and found that Swanson's is the best for both quality and price.

Really unconcentrated???
Does not seem to be a 3:1 concentrate.. I have had capsules of dried royal jelly powder that's 3:1 strength, and it tasted so much more dense than this royal jelly from Swanson. After letting the Swanson jelly capsules melt in my mouth, it does not impact my tongue anywhere as much as the dried concentrate does. Moreover, it tastes just like the simple, cheaper royal jelly brands out there that are not claimed to be concentrated extracts.
Hence, I would not believe that it's 1000mg per capsule.. more like 303mg.

Best Quality
I have purchased multi types of products from Swanson and have found them fresher than other similar sites. The quality surpasses my expectation and Swanson's Premium Royal Jelly is no exception. I haven't consumed enough to really feel a difference BUT as others have consistently told me about the benefits of Royal Jelly, I see Swanson's product as the freshest of any other web site and as such, I have total confidence in it's benefit. I do recommend Swanson and Swanson products to any one who's looking for a fair priced premium company.
