I really like thye swanson's extracts, but this really didn't do much for me. However, ginseng is one of the most studied herbs and it may work for you.

I was reluctant to try this product because I had taken Ginseng before with adverse effect on my sleeping patterns as they were too stimulating. This product has not disappointed me.
