I am very happy with this product
Calcium participates in a host of processes in the body. It takes care of much more than just bones. It seems that calcium lactate is the best for me and I am very happy to find a formula that is so convenient to use. I love it and I feel its effect on my brain and body immediately.

Hard to Find
I try to follow the "4 Your Type" regimen. They recommend calcium lactate for my blood type. It is incredibly hard to find. Swanson Health Products is the only place I could find it. The price is great too!

Excellent source of calcium
Calcium Lactate is an excellent source of calcium. Additionally, it is an alkaline product which is good for a balanced PH. The powder mixes easily, has a neutral taste (maybe a little tart) in water and works fine in juice. There is no aftertaste. The powder is much easier to take than the than equivalent amount of pills.
