Swanson Psyllium Husks
I don't know if this does anything for me or not. I don't see any difference just yet, and I have been taking it for weeks. I will up the dosage and see if that does anything. Great price though!

Great source of daily fiber.
I've taken a psyllium husk drink ever day for years, but recently had the need to use a product that didn't contain sugar. This is the brand I chose and am exceptionally pleased. Won't be going back to the drink.

Good Product
Happy with the product and the price and of course the convenience. My first bottle is nearly gone, but I have more as I try to keep extra bottles on hand of every herb I'm currently using. This has been one of serveral products I get from Swanson that have blessed me. I do like knowing I can return anything that doesn't work out for me. This sounds like a commercial, but as we're limited to the kinds of things we can say here, I just have to leave it at that.

It does something, thats for sure
I agree that it is a bit hard to say if it works or not, as I use other stuff with this for the same purpose. I do notice that I feel heavier (bloat-y maybe?) when I don't have this. It seems to keep everything feeling normal. As in, I dont think about my digestion with this vs. I can feel something is not working properly when I do not use it. I cant really say why it works, or how, but I feel good using it, and so I will continue. I would have never tried this if it weren't for their low prices! So cliche or not, I owe it all to Swanson!

With this type of product it is difficult to say that "wow-it sure works." I think it does what it is supposed to do without any discomfort.

Excellent Product
This has been the best product so far to help with regular bowel movements that I've used. Unlike some other products which can have various side effects, this product works and is much cheaper.

This is one of the best products and most reliable that I have purchased through Swanson. I have been a customer for several years and highly recommend all of their products. This one, however, is one of my favorites--and it's great!!

This is a great supplement if you need more fiber in your diet. Easy to use, great benefits for your digestion tract.
