Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, vigorously mix two level scoops (5 grams) with juice, water or milk and consume immediately one to two times per day. If product is too thick when consuming, add more liquid and stir. Begin with one serving per day, gradually increasing to two servings. For easiest mixing, shake in a closed jar or shaker bottle.
