Having potassium readily available has been a great comfort. I seem to be able to recognize symptoms of potassium shortage, and increase my daily dose as needed.

Helps!
When I was told my potassium was low, I started shopping around. I bought my 1st bottle elsewhere but then rememebered Swansons. Glad I did: the amount I receive for the price is much better! The vitamins help me and I am thankful I'm able to purchase them at a reasonable price here!

good for sleep
I had to try out the smaller bottle to see if it works for sleep and come to find out that it does. It lulls me to sleep when I take one every night before bed along with a melatonin pill.

It's too bad one can buy Potassium in a larger amounts than 99mg. One needs to take more than one of these puppies to get the one's daily consumption to normal levels. This however is a good value compared to other sources

Nice and Easy
Great size capsules and perfect quantity. I perfer the capsules to the hard supplements and these are only 1 a day, perfect.

No more itchy skin from metals
I have no problems when wearing earrings, necklaces and pendants any more. Swanson's potassium tablets seem to neutralize the acid in my system and make life great again.

Does the trick
I have to take 1 three times a day to receive the results I am looking for, but you get enough of them for this great price. The pills ARE a bit big, but it beats eating all those bananas!

Huge pill, only provides 3% RDA
Seems difficult to get the Potassium we need with out taking a bunch of pills, but it is important, and I try. Very fair price on this product. The pill is gi-normous, yet only provides 3% of the RDA.
