Great price and decent results
I tried choline as a means to help reduce stress/cortisol. As a way of testing it's effectiveness, I tried taking 4 before bed to see if it made me feel noticeably sleeper (meaning I was in a more anabolic state) the results were subtle, but there. For the price, I think it's definitely worth a try.

Good Quality
These are good quality Phosphatidylcholine gel caps. Of course they are huge like lecithin gel caps, so be careful if you have trouble swallowing large supplements. These are derived from soy lecithin. I use these to improve cognitive performance relating to memory and alert thinking. I have seen a slight improvement.

So far so good - no downside, no heartburn, etc. Too soon to tell, but it seems fine.

Phosphatidylcholine
An essential supplement for brain activity works to enhance cognitive function. I've been taking it for years and seems to have no side effects. As long as the price stays where it is or lower, I recommend this product.

Superior form of choline
Humans have specific transporters for phosphatidylcholine in the upper intestine, so it is very well absorbed. Free choline, such as in choline bitrartrate and choline chloride, may not be as well absorbed and may be fermented to trimethylamine oxide (TMAO) in the lower intestine, which is not good for several reasons. Phosphatidylcholine may also aid in the absorbtion of some other fat soluble supplements if taken at the same time.

My memory needs it!
I got this supplement to help my memory and considering the high quality that I've come to expect from Swanson I think it'll do me some good. The softgels are easy to swallow and the price convinced me to try it.

Phosphatidylcholine is a substance that is in your brain that helps the neurotransmitters do their job. When it is lacking (often due to an exposure to one or more petrochemical, herbicide, pesticide, etc.), you can find yourself feeling "spacey" and forgetful. These capsules can help get your brains back. I can't do without them.
