Beautiful
I have used Vitamin E all of my life. I started out with the oil formulas, but my mom told me about Dry E. Better absorbed into the body. I love the way my skin looks, and my hair. People always ask if I have on make-up. Ha! My little secret! It's a little pricey, but worth it!

What a Discovery!!
I absolutely love this Vitamin E. I didn't know that Dry Vitamin E existed until I found this on Swanson Vitamins. Vitamin E is absolutely necessary in my vitamin regimen, and the gel caps with the soybean is toxic to my system. I cannot tell you how happy I am with this. I also take it along with COQ10 to really help it get absorbed into my system. Thanks so much for this wonderful, economical product.

Great
Regular vitamin E caused real issues for us. The dry E really has worked well without the side effects of the oil. Not sure why this is, but we swear by it.

Preferred Form of this
I've been using this form of Vitamin E for awhile now. Like this because most of the oil forms have soybean oil and I'm avoiding this. I feel it works just as well as the other kind so I'll continue with this because of no soybean oil in it.

Great Product / Value
Swanson vitamins are such a great value and are very effective. Always buy "Dry E". I have taken vitamin E for over 30 years. I am convinced it is why I look 36 and not over 50!!!

A great buy in vitamin E!
This is a preferred version of vitamin E, a favorite product over the oil based formulas. The 100 count bottle offers a generous supply and lasts a long time at one or two capsules a day. Highly recommended as a daily protective nutrient not always found in the typical American diet.

Good product
I purchased the Natural Dry E because I had read that it is more easily absorbed than the E oil capsules. This seems to make sense to me as we all know oil and water don't mix and the human body is largely made up of water so I feel I'm getting more benefits by taking the dry E form.
