Great Vitatmins!!!
I bought these for my husband and he loves them! He said that he likes that the pills are small, and they provide a lot of what is needed for men of his age. He has tried many different multi vitamins, but he said he likes these the best.

men's prime multi
when i first started shopping with swanson it was because i wanted a mens vitamin that was loaded with minerals. after my dr. suggested a multivitamin for me, i brought him a bottle so he could read the label. he switched from centrum to men's prime multi after i told him how easy it was to order online.

Mens Prime Multi
I take several suppliments, too many to list, but I added this product on a whim thinking I might fill in some gaps not in my daily regiment. I suppose everyone reacts differently to new suppliments so I cant say my reaction would be yours. However, I became so overwhelmingly constipated I stopped all my suppliment to see if they where the problem. Trial and error proved this particular one WAS the problem. Even one dose created an adverse reaction. I am returning these this week.

good multi, small bottle
I prefer the 180 count for the value. Excellent multi vitamin otherwise. I've been using this for about 2 years and never a single complaint.

Good multi for Men 45+
These vitamins are priced right and are effective but not quite as effective as another men’s 45+ multi that I have purchased from Swanson. The other men’s 45+ vitamin that I usually purchase and is very effective is currently having a quality control issue with pills flaking. These pills are made well and are coated just right to slide down effortlessly. They don’t have quite as much vitamin power as my other usual brand. Nonetheless, they are a good purchase and are recommended.

Shelf life
The vitamins are effective but I believe they have exceeded their shelf life. That, or I've never smelled vitamins like this and of this dark, dark color, for a multivitamin.

one ingredient?????
I think this is probably the best men's multi vitamin, herbal supplement I have ever tried, however it contains yohimbe, which I believe is not really a great idea for people with high blood pressure such as myself. I know that Swanson does everything they can to warn users about this particular herb, and it's effect on blood presssure, so that is not my isssue. I just thought it would be great if they could offer this same prouduct without the yohimbe, for people like me. Sorry if I seem selfish. Thanks!

For my husband
I bought this for my husband who was never a vitamin guy before he met me. He want to take the fewest amount of supplements possible to stay healthy and feeling good. These multis have so much in them they seemed like the perfect solution. He only has to remember to take one in the morning and one at night. He says that they are easy to take and that he believes he feels better than he did before.

Vita-men
For the price I think they have a reasonable profile of vitamins and other ingredients. I can notice a difference although I am already very fit. I like the one a day format without having to swallow 5 pills every day. With the supplements I take, it adds up.

Excellent
He likes these, and the price is right. We've tried a lot of supplements, and this is the only kind that he says 'agree' with him. He's tried several that he's stopped taking because he feels worse on them than off.
So, were going to stick with Swansons Premium Men's Prime Multi for him, he likes them and they're good for him.
