It Works!
I purchased this for my husband's sleeping problem. He either could not fall asleep or would wake up in the middle of the night. The first night we tried it, he took one pill, and was feeling sleepy within an hour. Once he falls asleep he stays asleep and does not have bad dreams. We had tried Velerian Root, L-Tryptophan, and Sleep Essentials and those did not work or gave him nightmares. He only needs one pill. He will continue to use this and recommends it.

Excellent Product
We have been using various brands of Melatonin supplements for a couple of years and have been the most pleased with Swanson's Melatonin! Very easy to swallow, highly effective and the cost is considerably less than others brands we've tried. We've found our favorite now!

Can't sleep? Listen......
Taking 3 mg Melatonin half hour before bedtime guarantees enough sleep for me to wake up refreshed in the morning. I do not note any side effects!

SLEEP AND FEEL GREAT

I love the size of these capsules! Usually I don't like using capsules for melatonin but these teeny tiny capsules are so easy to swallow it's a snap!

Big Disappointment
I was shocked these did not work for me. I thought if I took them earlier that would help. It didn't. I tried punching a hole in each end with a pin to help it dissolve but that didn't work either. I am disappointed in this product. My husband takes the 3 mg. time release and swears by them. I guess I have to change now too.

I use three tabs and sleep like a baby. stops my mind from whirling and thinking at night and lets me drift off. its also very affordable

Swason Premium Melatonin
I mistakenly ordered capsules instead of tablets. I don't digest capsules so tablets are better for me. I had to remove the contents from the tiny capsules to a spoon to be able to swallow the powder. I've been using melatonin for many years and it is a Godsend. I use one 3mg and about 30 minutes later add a Swansons SWU114 Dual Release 3mg. melatonin. I've recently discovered Herb Etc. products. Their Deep Sleep is quite helpful to add to the melatonin. This can also be used if one wakes up in the middle of the night unlike the melatonin. I find these 3 products have given me more good nights than anything I've used in the past 20 or more years.

I used to "try" to use Melatonin in the past for sleeping but I ended up throwing it out. I got headaches in the morning from the Melatonin. This formula puts me into a deeper sleep most of the time and I don't experience any headaches in the morning. I think it works so I ordered more and it was even on sale.

Effective But Wake Up Foggy
This product seemed to help me fall asleep quicker and stay asleep better. The only problem is that I get up in the morning feeling very foggy. It takes quite a while for that feeling to pass, but I would still rather be able to sleep. Since this is a capsule, it can't be cut in half. I may look for melatonin in tablet form so I can cut it in half, or I may look for a smaller dosage.

Great Help to Our Sleep
Both me and my wife took one pill when we were under a lot of stress and having difficulties sleeping at night. We took it at about 10:30pm and couldn't keep our eyes open by 11:00pm. Which for the both of us it was normal to stay up around 2 or 3 in the morning wishing to go to sleep. Very effective and gave me 6 hours (normal for me) and her 8 hours of heavy sleep. No side effects (it's natural...) and we didn't feel the least bit groggy in the morning. This was a life saver and a job saver for the both of us. Thank you Swanson.

As a night shift worker
Needing sleep this, together with the occasional Valerian, proved a safe and effective aid. Sound, deep sleep waking up without feeling groggy. Love it. Strange thing is 3mg works best for sleep, 5 or more has the opposite effect.

Vivid Dreams
I have some very vivid dreams when taking this stuff. I can usually remember actual details of my subconcious state. It also has a nice sedative effect.

Sleeper-Helper
I'm not one to take alot of over the counter 'aids' to sleep, etc...The Melatonin seems to keep me in a 'deep-sleep' longer..I wak up feeling great, no 'grogginess'...This is 'natural' for me, as your body 'releases' melatonin, to help you sleep, & this works in balance with that. The dosage is low enough to just do it;s job perfectly....I would highly recommend a try...
