Cinnamon Bark
Cinnamon seems to really help boost my immune system..... I used to sprinkle cinnamon on everything from toast, coffee, oatmeal, to bagels.... but taking it by capsule form is so much easier. Swanson has the lowest prices I've found and will continue buying from them.

Cinnamon Bark helps keep my blood sugar levels low. I don't think you can take too much Cinnamon and this is the best way to take it.
