Swanson Lithium is a great way to obtain the naturally occurring trace element. Lithium salts have been used for a variety of human health applications since the 19th century. Today, low-dose lithium aspartate is available as a dietary supplement. This form of lithium binds lithium ions with aspartate ions and differs slightly from other forms such as lithium orotate. Lithium aspartate should be used with care under the supervision of a qualified health professional.

Caps beat tablets for this one. Caplets are so much easier to take than the tablets that another brand offers. Well continue to use these by Swansons and not sure why the other formulation of Lithium is more expensive and less number of pills for 5mg too. But it is and I find no difference in how they preform so will stick with these 100 pills vs. 60. March 28, 2013
