Great source of iodine at a great price
I like that this product is simple and to the point. If you need kelp, for any reason, I would recommend Swanson's Premium Kelp every time. Nothing glamorous just Kelp, pure and simple, the way I like it.

Kelp
Kelp is a main source of Iodine which helps with the Thyroid. These pills are very nice.

kelp
i started taking kelp a month ago and now i can make it through my day. i have energy now. b4 i would come home from my workout and want to lay down and take a nap,now im full of energy til 4/5pm. i gave some to a friend to try and she now feels more awake

THYROID IMPORTANCE
This is a very nice product - - - small, easy to swallow tablets without odor, taste, or aftertaste (as opposed to other Kelp products on the market). I take 5 tablets each morning. It is well known how excellent and important the Natural Iodine found in Kelp is for the Thyroid, which is obviously so very important for the body's metabolism and vitality. I have found over many decades of use that it works best when taken with Flaxseed Oil (Vitamin F - - - Alpha Linolenic Acid), of which I take an ounce daily. Along with Kelp, I take 2,500 mg. of L-Tyrosine daily, which is well known to be an important natural nutrient for the Thyroid. To complete my own personal Thyroid program, I also take 1 capsule of Swanson's Thyroxin-Free Thyroid Glandular 200 mg. supplement daily, which I find to be nice product, as well.
