Helpful for sleep I cannot take ANY sleep products containing valerian as it keeps me awake, so I had to figure out a way to get some of the relaxation herbs separately. I take the Hops along with the Swanson Lemon Balm, Passion Flower, Scullcap Complex before bedtime and find it helps me to get to sleep more quickly. August 3, 2009
