This works for me!
I have been taking this supplement for quite a while now. I find that it helps me with my weight control. Some products tout these claims which are over the top, but Swanson never does. They list their ingredients on the site and never make over the top statements. This does what it says and works for me.

Good Product
This stuff works and is very inexpensive. I do not like the taste of Green Tea so I can still get the benefits of taking it with these caps. Thanks Swanson for another great product at a good price.

Green Tea the easy way
I have been a black tee drinker 24/7 for numerous years. Green tea tastes okay but I prefer to take the capsule version of green tea with black tea. I receive the benefits of both teas at the same time.

Love it!
Many times, I've heard that green tea is an excellent antioxidant and energy booster. But I was never ever to drink more than a cup a day without feeling nauseous. Finally, I'm able to enjoy the benefits of green tea with Swanson capsules! Quickly becoming one my favorites.

Easy,convienient, great
I just can't drink 6 to 8 cups a tea a day, so this product is just great for me. It is convenience with the "pop" of a capsule. I get all I need in a capsule.

Great Product
This is the best stuff ever. First of all, it's pure green tea, not just an extract. Second of all, the price is amazing. I've been taking 3 of these daily for months, and in combination with exercise, and proper diet, they have helped me lose 15 pounds and counting. Better than any other dietary supplement out there, without any side effects, and budget friendly!

green tea in a capsule!!!
Ok, this stuff is awesome. Because it comes in a poweder in a capsule, I can add it to smoothies for my husband and myself and he doesn't know the difference and we get the benefit of green tea without having to drink several glasses a day. I would prefer steeping it and drinking it, but I can't get him to drink more than a cup of any kind of tea once a week. Now he gets it in a breakfast smoothie every day!

Green Tea - Tons of benefits
I like these because they contain green tea leaves only and are not standardized. I take one capsule 3x a day after meals and noticed increase in energy and decrease in weight. Convenient way to obtain Green Tea benefits and the price is great!

Swanson's Green Tea
We all know that Green Tea is good for you, but lets face it, most of us don't drink more than one or two cups a day, if that. Taking the cap form gives us all the nutrients plus an added engery boost. I take this first thing in the morning and again before lunch. I still have a cup of green tea here and there, but I take the caps every day, and it doesn't cost that much.

Too big for me to swallow. Thick capsule probably would not even dissolve.

Not sure
So far I've been taking it for a week and I'm not seeing too much of a difference rather than I'm not able to sleep if I take it too late in the day. But it's great to think that I don't have to drink so many tea or coffee.

This was quite a good deal for the money. You won't find this kind of deal anywhere else, that's for sure. The green tea quality of the caps is just fine as well.
They say one must drink 7 cups of green tea a day to get the effects the Japanese do, so taking the caps makes this quite easy.

Feel the burn...
I bought this for both the healthy aspect and the weight management assistance. I understand that I may just be imagining the benefits, but I do seem to have more energy and the internal heat is astounding. Almost embarassingly so. I initially thought I was running a fever because I was sweating so much more than usual, but my body temperature was normal. Overall I'd have to say I'm very pleased with this product.
