Great Antioxidant
I take a lot of supplements, so with this one it's hard to tell exactly how it's working. But, I really like the quality and know that grape seed is a powerful antioxidant that helps the body with free radicals.
I started taking grape seed after meeting a friend who is 100 years old and in great physical shape. She has been taking grape seed for many years, so I figured it would be good for me to start taking it now in my mid-thirties. This is a great supplement that I plan on taking daily for the rest of my life.

swansons premium brand grapeseed
i ordered this item for some one elese, but I can tell you they are extremely pleased with it. your product has three time the amouunt of grapeseed in it than the brand we were purcahsing and the price is better. you can't beat that!!
