good value
As a former GNC customer, I have found this product to have more of what I need and less of what I dont. This being said, my only down side would be as a multi for more senior men, It could use more iodine and no iron. Nothing is perfect but this is a good one.

Wonderful Memory Boost
Compared to store bought Ginko I've tried, I see very little memory boost in those; This Ginko from Swanson's really is premium and I can really tell a difference when I miss my dose. I try to never run out of this product!

Nice to remember more
I feel like I can remember more and that I can gets more things done because of that. I do not have super memory now but it has only been a month. I do have one concern on whether I need to be cycling this stuff so I do not grow tolerance and not have it work at some point. I may consider doing a break when the bottle is empty, before I would consider getting more. The bottle will last me six months at the rate I take it. So, maybe a month break?
