Didn't seem to normalize my GI
This is probably the first Swanson product I didn't like. I don't doubt the effectiveness or quality because I love my other Swanson's supplements, but this one just didn't agree with me. Ever since taking this product my bowel movements were inconsitent and it was uncomfortable. I know its a detox, but I'm use to taking a potent fiber drink blend and maybe this is why I felt a disagreeable difference. I missed feeling regular with my fiber drink and went back to it. I finished this product to give it a fair chance, but no improvements after a month. It was worth a try though.

All in one !
I've tried every combination of digestive enzymes, probiotics and digestive aid and this one does it all with one scoop. My only complaint is the packaging which makes it difficult to get to the product when it gets low. Needs a wider container or a longer scoop.

bought this stuff after reading the reviews on here this stuff made me have stomach pains and didnt work at all took it for a week straight and didnt do anything for me the taste is terrible i would gag when i would swallow it

Tastes weird, but it's not for sipping, so gulp it down and enjoy the benefits.

Effective Digestive Cleanser
This product is fabulous at several different things. It is in the form of a powder which can be mixed in smoothies, drinks, yogurt, or even baked goods. It is tasty and also a very effective digestive cleanser. It contains fibers and herbs that relieve digestive upsets and assist in bowel regularity. It has a sweet, yet tart taste to it. I enjoy it in smoothies and order it consistently each time I order from Swanson I like it so much that I use it daily and have noticed a huge change in my digestive system's state after using this product. It is definitely worth the slightly high price tag and one scoop a day lasts a good while!

Easy on the stomach
This GI Detox is what I would imagine dragging a swamp would taste like mixed with herbs and bark from the woods. It mixes well with any beverage as long as it's not too cold. I don't dislike this mix at least it doesn't make me sick or feel heavy in my belly. I have a very sensitive stomach. Anything that is all natural and doesn't make me vomit afterwards gets 4-stars. I'm not certain on whether it does what it says. I usually take it for a week and stop.

I am taking it for one week. It tastes great. it is effectcitve. My skin is glowing. It doesn't cause bloating or gases. It is just awesome!
