Triple Complex St John's Wort I am not sure I will ever purchase this product again. I cannot tell any difference in the way I feel between this product and Swanson's Premium St. John's Wort. I was interested in this product because it uses the flower heads of the St. John's Wort not the ariel parts like other supplements I've taken. IMLO, chamomile flower is contra-indicated for what I take St John's Wort for, and I never heard of Bacopa monniera Leaf, and had to look it up. I do not like to take herbs, vitamins or medications unless they are necessary or improve or complement what i am already using. Not in love with this complex, but love Swanson's for pricing their products so I could try it out. April 11, 2013

Works! I take St. John's Wort almost daily. But this complex I use before bed or after, if I can't sleep. It "knocks me OUT!". Probably due to the Chamomile & I'm sure the other 2 supplements help. There are no side-effects & no lingering daytime sleepiness. February 14, 2013
