High quality, excellent value I love this product. Muira Puama is one of my favorite herbs. Swanson's Muira Puama is as good a quality as I've ever tried and significantly cheaper than most other sources I've found. Muira Puama consistently gives me a wonderful lift in mood, libido, energy, and a general sense of well-being. The only negative I can say about it is that if taken daily for too long (perhaps more than 2 weeks), the effects eventually dissipate. Otherwise, I would use it every day. As it is, generally use it on weekends only to keep my tolerance down. If interested in it's aphrodisiac properties, I highly recommend combining it with Catuaba Bark.
