HELPFUL DUO DOING DOUBLE DUTY
I bought this Ginger and Turmeric combination for my daughter-in-law to take for her gastrointestinal tract, from her stomach to her liver. Not only are both of these factors good for the digestive system overall, they promote improved digestion and utilization of whatever they are taken with. She takes 2 of these capsules with her supply of nutritional supplements in the morning, and these help her to handle all the other tabs and caps more comfortably and with no queasiness. So this product has been a success on both counts.

Inexpensive
I switched to this turmeric and ginger supplement from a more expensive brand. Happy I could find a good value, but please take out the magnesium stearate.

Too early to know
I take the Turmeric/Bromelain and have added this Turmeric/Ginger to my regimen.
I tolerate it well -- but it is too early to know if I am experiencing any benefit.

Ginger & Turmeric
I wanted to add Turmeric as a supplement, but higher dosage did not agree with my stomach - this lower dose with ginger is perfect.

VERY EFFECTIVE PRODUCT
Excellent quality product, good price and speedy delivery. I have discovered this product is much more effective when taken with a glass of 100% cranberry juice. Also great in cooking.

Great product with a great side effect
I bought this product to help with digestion and as a side effect I find that I am just not wanting to eat as much -especially at night when I tend to snack and graze, even though I don't need to. Since starting this product I've lost the desire to snack, even when I'm actually hungry (at night, when I have in fact eaten dinner but it's been a few hours). Definitely will keep taking it. Also, I usually take it at night after dinner, so that might be a factor in my experience with it.
