Tried expensive supplements with lose weight fast claims, however found that Swanson Vitamins has quality vitamins with better results. Have taken 2 tabs in the AM with water 30 min. before eating breakfast. Have cut out bad foods (found if you don't buy it you won't eat it) I seem to eat less, don't get hungry between meals. Started seeing results within 6 weeks, slight at first, but thats better than nothing! Take with Raspberry Ketone 500, and green tea extract, with same amount 30 min before meals.

Did Not work for Me
I took this product as directed. It did seem to suppress my appetite, but also caused me to feel uncomfortably bloated. I noticed at the end of the month I appeared thinner at the waist-line, but it was not worth the uncomfortable full feeling.

Ok, after trying Garcinia Cambogia supplements several times, this is what seems to work: Take 3x per day, 1-2 capsules, 15-30 minutes before meals, no matter if you're eating carbs or not. Plus extra capsules (1 or 2) before snacking anything. The hardest part is the taking 15-30 minutes before meals or snacks. But it does seem effective. I do wish they'd offer larger quantities per bottle, since you may be taking up to 10 or more per day.

Been taking this for about a month.
Since taking this product have no big change in weight loss, however, I have been sleeping better. It does keep me feeling full, so I eat less.

Not convinced
This is a highly recommended product and read about it everywhere only for me it made my stomach feel very bloated. Not sure if it has to do with all the salads I eat daily and combination. Havent continued with it.
