Finally something that works!!!! I took this for it's relaxing properties. I have tried so many different things...you have no idea....including meditation and light and sound machines. Catnip is a great supplement....I did not feel any side effects from it and no hung over feeling. Having spent so much money in the past to help unwind, the incredibly affordable price at Swanson's is just an added bonus. February 4, 2013
