WOW I absolutely Love Blue vervain. I take one capsule a day, and it helps to improve my energy levels, and I get better quality sleep. I also feel less anxious, and just "Better" in general. I HIGHLY recommend this, and have now started sharing these with my friend. She raves about them as well, and has started ordering them herself.
